Crossing the Finish Line
All new homes have been certified under the Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH), Energy Star, and Indoor Air Plus (IAP) programs to create comfortable, healthy, and cost-saving spaces for new homeowners.
During the last construction update from the end of 2025 our team shared that all homes were in the process of clearing city inspections and construction certifications - and as of summer 2026, this milestone has been achieved!
The site has fulfilled all inspections required by the City as well as our third-party inspectors, and each home has achieved and often exceeded the minimum requirements for Energy Star, Zero Energy Ready Home (ZERH), and Indoor Air Plus certifications - with accompanying documentation to prove it.
Homes are ready for move-in and as the construction team takes care to put on all the finishing touches, we at LVLYLN and Carson Properties wanted to take a moment to thank the team that helped bring Lively Lane across the finish line and give credit where credit is due.
First and foremost, thank you to Woolsey Construction, who has led the charge in bringing the neighborhood out of the ground since 2021, providing steady, dependable building support and problem solving every step of the way.
